Becoming a Member
You can download or print a New Membership Application and a Liability Waiver form here (2pgs) . Our membership year is May 1 of the current year to April 30 of the following year. New members age 18-64 pay $105.00 and new members 65 and older pay $67.50. The fee includes a $10.00 deposit for a gate card which will be refunded if/when the gate card is returned. If you are becoming a new member after November 1st, then a discounted rate applies: age 18-64 pay $67.50 and age 65 and older pay $48.75 which includes the $10.00 deposit for a gate card. Complete the New Membership Application and Liability Waiver and bring it to a scheduled New Member Orientation. (Please do not mail.) Please bring cash, check, or money order. We do not accept debit or credit cards at this time.
Membership Renewal
Our membership year is May 1 to April 30. The gate combination is changed at the end of our Annual club meeting in May. If you have not renewed your membership, you will not have the new gate combination. Members age 18-64 pay $75 and members 65 and older pay $37.50. There is no discounted rate for paying your membership dues late. Our insurance carrier requires a signed release every calendar year so please download and print a Renewal Form/Release here. Complete the Renewal Form/Release and mail with a check or money order to: GCFGA, PO Box 5029, West Lebanon, NH 03784-5029 or bring it to a monthly meeting on the first Tuesday of the month at 7pm.
Reminder: Club policy requires dues to be paid each year by the end of the annual club meeting in May in order to receive the new gate combination.
Life Membership
In order to become a life member of the club, a member must belong to the club for at least one year and be a paid member in good standing. Life membership fee shall be ten (10) times the annual dues.
Inactive Members
Any member who does not pay yearly dues by December 31 will be moved to the Inactive list as of January 1st. Inactive members will be required to re-join the club for the initial application fee and will be required to attend New Member Orientation.
